What counts as a "dispatcher account"?
Any admin user who can log in to the back office TMS. This includes dispatchers, managers, billing staff, and viewers. Driver app accounts are separate and never count against your seat limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No data is ever lost when switching plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by ACH bank transfer or check upon request. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
How does the annual billing discount work?
When you choose annual billing, you're billed once per year at a rate equal to 10 months — effectively getting 2 months free. The discount applies automatically at checkout when you select annual.
Is my data secure?
Each company operates in a fully isolated database — your data is never mixed with other tenants. Access is protected by bcrypt passwords, two-factor authentication, CSRF tokens, and role-based permissions.
Does CCN work on mobile?
The admin dashboard is responsive and works on tablets. Drivers get a dedicated mobile PWA (Progressive Web App) they can install on iOS or Android — it works offline and receives push notifications.
What if I need more than 8 dispatchers?
The Enterprise plan includes unlimited dispatcher accounts. If you have a team larger than 8 but don't need all Enterprise features, contact us — we can discuss a custom seat expansion on the Professional plan.
